Do you offer tours everywhere?

At this time we offer tours only in Osaka, but are open to inquiries. You can read about the itinerary for each tour on the what we offer page. It takes a lot of work to make the best route, then learn all the fun info and find all the best spots, and we can customize itineraries.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least a few weeks in advance to secure your preferred date, especially for custom experiences. Last-minute requests are possible but subject to availability.

Are your tours accessible for people with mobility issues?

All of our tours involve walking on uneven surfaces, stairs, or older areas with limited accessibility. If you have mobility concerns, let us know—we’ll work to accommodate your needs and suggest the best routes! We may also need to limit the size of participants so that proper attention can be paid to safety. 

Are your tours in English?

Yes! Our tours are conducted in English, but we also provide cultural insights and basic Japanese phrases to enhance your experience. Spanish language tours are available upon request, and with limited locations. 

Can I take photos during the tour?

Absolutely! We encourage you to capture your experience. However, some locations (temples, shrines, and certain shops) may have restrictions—we’ll guide you on when and where photography is appropriate. We also can offer photo shoots tailored to you, Marshall has over 10 years of experience in Video Production and Photography. 

What should I bring?

Comfortable walking shoes, weather-appropriate clothing, cash (most shops don’t accept cards), and a curious mind!

How many people can join a tour?

This depends on your group, but we tend to keep things small. Please contact us to learn more. 

Are food and drinks included in the tour price?

No, the cost of food and drinks is not included unless otherwise stated. This allows you to choose what you want to try at each stop and go at your own pace!
