In the case of cancellation, we offer a 50% refund if we are notified at least 48 hours before the start of your tour ( 10% of the original cost goes to the tax that we must pay even if your tour is cancelled).  If you need to reschedule we also ask that you notify us at least 48 hours in advance. If there is an emergency or you have a sudden change that needs to be made we will always do our best to accommodate you. We just ask that you notify us right away if anything comes up.
